Dean.First time I have commented on here since the beginning, but your comment was well stated. Sick of that clowns nonsense garbage. Then again, I’m not forced to read it, so I will shut my mouth about that now. No time for a pissing match.@ Kevin or anyone. I am a beginner to squats as I have been genetically screwed in the leg department, but I want to overcome the obstacle. My question is, what is the difference in the positioning of the feet? I.E. the direction of the toes? What is the benefit to an outward angle as oppose to keeping the straight. Thanks in advance.
