Hey kev. My bench max is 110-115kg i`m planning next week to start your program 4×4 and i wonder with how much weight should i start..? i can do 100kg(225lb) for 2-3 bud i`m not sure that i could do 4×4… i`m planing to do chest 2 times a week, and yeah my goal is 140kg (315lb) in 8-6 weeks. Any suggestions are welcome…
