| You didn't say what type of job you were applying for. If it is in a specialty area: ICU, ER, Peds/OB…they often do want more experience. Try a med surg job first. Other options: I agree with above – sit and think about your clinical experience and some of the cases you had. List them so you can remember and highlight that experience. Also – volunteer. Is there a free clinic in your area? No pay, but the expeirience and the motiviation will impress. |
