| quick question about the food choices and tables norman. I wanted too ask what you think about difficulty that each food might be to digest. For instance would cheese maybe be considered a bit more difficult too digest than say a piece of chicken for a person that has very bad food intolerances in regards to sibo.would like too know your take on itThanksDave |
