One suggestion I’ve found to be useful is the 3-2-1 Rule. Each day at a con, you should have at least three hours of sleep, two solid meals, and one shower. NB: Food can substitute for sleep, and a shower can substitute for sleep, but food may NEVER, EVER substitute for a shower.
