Victoria...you will not believe it but I bought a cauliflower today to make the same recipe. Since reading the Bon Appetit recipe I had set it aside. I love what you did and all the different ideas that can be used. I decided to pulse mine and cook it with olive oil, garlic, red onions and a saffron broth over pasta.Also enjoyed your "about me".
