| A) L-sits on paralettes for 15 sec (up to 8th min then more like 10-11 sec), Handstand holds trying to come off and on the wall for 30 sec but by about the 8th min a 20-25 sec hold was all I had leftB) 21:17 - thanks for the positive energy from everyone to help me finish those last 10 |
