| Lovely post, Cat. Sometimes I feel like that, like it's more of the head and heart, less of the hands. Lately, I've been feeling more balanced. Two things that has really helped me connect are just taking the time to do it (ritual, active prayer, etc.) and also creating art. That's has been a huge development for me. |
