| I agree that the courts have a tough job and at times are much needed however there are s number of parents out there that abuse the system and wadte precious court time just to reek havov in the lives of their ex partners with no regard for what is actually in the childs interest. Thst saud, it took us 3 years of tooing and froing but thank God eventually common sesns prevailed and the facts spoke for themself. The courts definstrly favour the mother in our experience and in our cade VERY wrongly for too long! |
