What are some good exercises for me?I’m slightly underweight but I have some flab where there should be muscle. I’m looking to tone up my whole body, but I’m not strong at all, so I need some easy exercises to start out with.I found a good workout for abs online which I try, but my lack of strength seems to make some of it hard!My legs and stomach are a particular concern to me.I don’t want any diet tips or anything. Just exercises. |
