| Popups and Popunders are worst, followed by contextual ads.It depends on what industry you’re in, if you’re in website/webmasters – popups are quite common and somehow accepted. If you’re dealing in selling a service – any ads are tacky. Using Google or contextual or popups will detract from your services and make you look sleazy. Believe it or not but I’ve seen web designers using google adsense and contextual ads on their portfolio pages. |
