| You don’t find an illustrator. The publisher that decides your book is sellable will hire the illustrator. A publisher that wants to sell the book will pick an EXPERIENCED illustrator that might help sell your book. Since you work at a library, read Writer’s Market. It explains who is buying books, what types of books and how to submit them. You have to follow the submission policy TO THE LETTER.
