| With regard to section manager positions, in particular Warehouse, is it likely these positions will be posted on the M&S careers site or is this type of role part of a separate management scheme?I check the careers section daily and they seem to be staggering the applications for different areas. I have seen the deli roles on there (which have now gone)but little else.Also, as a graduate would I be seen as over qualified for a section manager job, and I don’t mean that in a big headed way! |
